Company Overview
H.I.T. Quality Construction Est. in 2014
Our Founder James Murphy got his start as a sub-contractor for a development company, as a site supervisor he saw the growing need for talented, driven, and educated General Contractors. This inspired him and so he began taking on small renovation projects in the Lower Mainland. Within 12 months his one-man company had grown, solely, by word of mouth to employ 3 personnel plus James working in the Lower Mainland. Whistler and Vancouver Island. Nine years later, H.I.T. Quality Construction has not only been nominated for several awards, as well as still growing learning, and evolving but even more importantly we have provided high-quality renovations for many satisfied customers, who keep coming back!

Beyond work, he is a passionate songwriter, expressing himself creatively through instruments and vocals. Zach's diverse skills and interests, from carpentry to music epitomize a balanced and dynamic individual, making him an invaluable team member and community asset.

PRINCIPLE DESIGNER
Syndi is not just any designer at H.I.T. Quality Construction. She is a star - crucial in making everything look nothing short of amazing. She takes the lead in resolving design hiccups, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines, and promoting team harmony to keep our construction projects on track and within budget. Let me tell you, she is truly awesome at what she does!

Illia possesses strong skills in precise measuring and proficiently driving quality. He consistently ensures that all aspects meet designated design and safety standards while he is working on-site. In his spare time, he enjoys Hiking, Soccer & Tennis, he always demonstrates effective collaboration with his team and exhibits efficient project completion with a keen focus on detail.
Olesia Kloster
ACCOUNTANT - BOOKEEPER
Olesia, is a valued asset to the team. Her responsibilities include recording all financial transactions, ensuring that all accounts are balanced and reconciled, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and above all ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. Olesia and her team are incredible individuals, they also analyze financial data to provide invaluable insights for decision-making, assist with the crucial task of budgeting and forecasting, and provide unwavering support during audits. They handle payroll, invoicing, and accounts. Attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software are required. Must adhere to financial regulations. Being an Accountant-Bookkeeper is rewarding and exciting!
